The 2nd Annual Care 4 Kids Day screening for children Birth to three and pregnant women is March 24, 2017 from 1-5 by appointment at First United Methodist Church. All screenings are FREE! Please register at http://bit.ly/acscare4kids or complete the attached application and return it to one of the sponsoring agencies or mail it to Care 4 Kids, 700 Liledoun Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
